As Chief Operating Officer, Michael drives daily operations and company growth with a strategic eye. Previously, as Chief Financial Officer at Babych Group Ltd., he steered financial operations, budgets, acquisitions, and strategic expansion, excelling in mergers, pro-forma analysis, and debt structuring.
Michael’s career also includes impactful roles at Scotia Wealth Management in Toronto and as a Wealth Advisor in Calgary, where he sharpened his skills in investment strategies and financial planning. In 2021, he transitioned into real estate development, blending his financial acumen with innovative projects. Passionate about efficiency, he leverages software solutions to streamline operations and oversees company benefits like health plans and insurance, always aiming to optimize costs and cut waste.
Beyond the boardroom, Michael is a competitive soccer player, having played across Canada, the U.S., and Europe. He also enjoys golfing, biking, and quality time with family and friends.
