I grew up on the North Shore and bring more than thirty years of experience in the building industry, ranging from spec homes to large-scale commercial retail projects. This background has given me a strong understanding of how to see projects through from start to finish, on schedule and with efficiency.
As a property manager, I draw on this experience to give my clients confidence that their investments are in capable hands. I take pride in identifying potential issues early, ensuring properties are well maintained and protected.
From screening and selecting tenants, to maintaining financial records, collecting rents, and coordinating maintenance and repairs, I manage every aspect of property management so owners can enjoy peace of mind.
