Vicky Berg specializes in development land and light industrial property across Greater Vancouver. Before real estate, Vicky spent 20+ years building, scaling, and running companies. She understands firsthand what a space needs to accomplish for a business — not just what it costs. That experience shapes how she approaches every transaction: with clarity, straight talk, and a focus on outcomes that hold up long after closing.
For clients based outside BC or investing from abroad, Vicky offers a full-service solution — sourcing, acquisition, and property management after closing. One point of contact. No gaps. Outside of work, Vicky is a wife and mother of two teenagers. She enjoys golf and time with her family.
