Before the turn of the millennium, Ross actively participated in over 600 leasing and sales transactions. Subsequently, he consistently averaged over 100 leases, sales, or renewals annually throughout the 2000s. Collaborating seamlessly with his partner, Jeff Pilkington, Ross tackles a diverse spectrum of projects, whether it’s leasing a 200 square foot office space, selling a 110,000 square foot office building, or facilitating the sale of a 14-acre development site. Regardless of scale, Ross approaches each deal with equal dedication and expertise.

Ross’s commitment to community service and recognition for excellence is notable. In 2005, he was honoured with the Realtors Care Award, and in 2017, he was a finalist for Business Person of the Year by the North Vancouver Chamber of Commerce. Currently serving as the president of the North Shore Crisis Services Society since 2005, Ross actively supports their mission to create a secure and abuse-free environment for women and children. Additionally, he holds the position of Vice President of Athletics for Kids, a charity dedicated to ensuring all BC kids have the opportunity to participate in organized sports by supporting families in need of financial assistance.
